We’re looking for a self-motivated Retail Associate to drive our sales initiatives in growing our customer base and clients’ brand awareness! In this role, you will assist customers on the sales floor, provide product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience while helping drive sales and build customer loyalty. The Retail Associate’s primary responsibility is to guide customers through the enrollment process by educating them on the latest products, services, and promotions, ensuring they are matched with the best solutions to meet their needs. We ensure our Retail Associates have the sales knowledge and sales techniques necessary to provide our customers with the top-notch service they deserve most! PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE RETAIL ASSOCIATE:

  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced customer service and/or sales environment
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues independently and efficiently
  • A friendly and professional demeanour that builds trust and puts customers at ease.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to grow professionally and personally
  • A valid driver’s license is highly desirable
  • Must be comfortable with daily commuting up to 30 km from our main office

Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with customers in-person as the first point of contact, building trust through clear communication to identify their needs, address pain points, and present tailored solutions using our products and services
  • Drive in-person sales by presenting product and service options that align with customer needs, overcoming objections, and closing enrollments confidently and professionally
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and our clients, ensuring accurate representation of offerings, gathering feedback, and maintaining strong relationships that support ongoing growth and satisfaction
  • Maintain regular contact with current customers and potential new members to meet enrollment & sales goals and enhance customer engagement
  • Partner with Retail Associate colleagues to discuss sales targets, new promotions, and customer acquisition goals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and satisfied with our sales services
