With a strong presence in online retail and international wholesale globally, we are now launching our first London store in Brick Lane — an exciting new chapter that blends physical experience with creative community storytelling.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Store Assistant to be part of our London store. This is a unique opportunity to shape the in-store brand experience, assist in day-to-day operations, and help in social media content creation from within the store.
ABOUT YOU
· Minimum 2 years of retail or store experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle sectors
· Strong interest in fashion, branding, and social media (Instagram, TikTok experience a plus)
· Confident with visual merchandising and in-store storytelling
· Organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in stock management
· Creative, hands-on, and willing to contribute beyond the job description
· Comfortable in front of/behind the camera (basic content creation skills ideal)

Retail Operations & Stock Management:
· Oversee daily store operations, customer service, stock control, and vendor management
· Drive sales and achieve monthly KPIs and store revenue targets
· Receive, unpack, and process new shipments from suppliers and vendors
· Conduct regular stock counts, replenishment, and inventory accuracy checks
· Arrange and label goods on display shelves and stockroom
· Process customer payments at the till and manage returns/exchanges
· Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
· Perform periodic price audits to resolve discrepancies
· Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
· Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor organised and visually appealing
Content Creation & Brand Communication:
· Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content from the store
· Assist with in-store shoots and product features
· Share customer interactions and store events creatively on social channels
· Help build an authentic brand voice across digital touchpoints
Customer Engagement:
· Deliver outstanding styling advice and build customer relationships
· Help occasional in-store events or styling sessions to grow brand awareness
