We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Handle cashier duties including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash handling procedures with attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers, utilizing phone etiquette when necessary.
• Assist in inventory management by participating in stock counts and restocking shelves as needed.
