Description

Basic Function: Provide service to guests, retail customers and employees in the form of friendly assistance and knowledge of Retail Shops’ merchandise, as well as resort facilities and services Work Performed: 1. Uphold all Enchantment Resort guest service standards and practices at all times. 2. Accurately charge of merchandise in the point of sale system 3. Accurately handle cash procedures, following all cash handling policies. 4. Effectively operate computer cash register and POS systems 5. Knowledge of and ability to sell merchandise 6. Upsell and cross sell retail merchandise and resort offerings 7. Maintain highest levels of customer service, guest satisfaction ratings, and scores on secret shopper reports. 8. Maintain overall cleanliness of the Retail Shops 9. Assist co-workers and perform all Retail Shops duties 10. Maintain inventory levels, on selling floor and in store back stock, by initiating warehouse orders, reorders, and special orders 11. Accurate inventory management 12. Other duties as assigned Supervision Exercised: None Supervision Received: Retail Manager Minimum Requirements: High school degree or equivalent. Prior retail experience preferred. Good customer services and communication skills necessary. Strong computer skills to utilize retail software and other company software Physical Requirements: * Lifting & carrying up to 50 pounds * 5% Sitting * 95% Standing, walking and bending * Hearing and manual dexterity * Distance vision 1-3 feet * Ability to work in all types of weather conditions * Ability to drive a golf cart Hours Sunday-Thursday Start at 8:30 AM and end at 5:00 PM
