Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, engaging them in a friendly and professional manner. Provide personalized assistance and expert guidance to customers in selecting glasses frames, lenses, and accessories, taking into account their vision requirements, facial features, and personal style.
Sales: Proactively approach customers, listen to their needs, and recommend appropriate eyewear solutions. Utilize your product knowledge to educate customers on the features and benefits of various eyewear products, driving sales and upselling where appropriate.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow sales associates, opticians, and other store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience. Communicate customer feedback, preferences, and special requests to enhance future interactions.
Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing payments. Maintain accurate and updated customer records and assist with billing and insurance claim procedures as required.
