Fiddleheads’ is looking for a Barista/Sales Associates for our stores in our Waterloo location. If you love the Natural Health Industry, making amazing tasty drinks for people and want to make a difference in peoples lives, this position could be right for you! The successful candidate requires a wide knowledge of the products sold in the industry, is health food minded and must be able to multitask. Having a great attention to detail is necessary. Being able to collaborate well as part of a team is an essential part of the position. If you are outgoing, have great communication skills and are a positive person please apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing superior customer service by engaging in customer inquiries, guiding them through our wide variety of supplements, health and beauty products and food service choices while showing them products that can assist in living a healthy lifestyle.
  • Communication with Management and Coworkers promptly, respectfully and professionally
  • Merchandising and inventory procedures including receiving, processing and organizing stock, cleaning and maintaining a visually appealing store
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge: attending company and product webinars, tele-trainings, and dinner trainings.
