2001 Audio Video (Scarborough) is looking to add to its incredible sales team with a new Retail Sales Person position recently opened. 2001 Audio Video is a proudly Canadian operated and owned Retail store focusing on home Technology. Requirements * Experience in Retail Sales

• Exceptional verbal communication, listening skills and presentation skills.
• Ability to work within teams and desire to be help build and be part of the store culture.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, necessary to provide sales floor coverage related to customer service and loss prevention
• Ability to reach overhead, bend squat, kneel, carry product necessary for customer service, inventory restocking and store merchandising.
• Ability to safely lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to make excellent sales and to achieve performance in alignment with goals and objectives
• Overtime as require

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred

· Generate sales and work in a commission based selling environment.
· Provide a superior level of prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.
· Accurately process sales by processing cash, credit cards and correctly operate the point of sale system.
· Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
· Perform all regular cleaning duties.(sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean)
· Contribute to team efforts and attend all training sessions.
· Participate in company sales events or exhibits that may require occasional travel.
· Be collaborative, dependable and respectful; communicate positively regarding other sales associates, store management and company strategies.
· Maintain store and product layout.
· Perform physical inventory and follow all inventory procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
Salary: From $17.20 per hour to $25 per hour
