JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Associate
REPORTING TO: Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to work in our concessions stores in Selfridges, Liberty and our store in Monmouth Street, Covent Garden. Astley Clarke is a fast-growing British demi-fine jewellery brand that bridges the gap between trend-led costume jewellery and classic fine jewellery.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Deliver excellent customer experience in-store that drives sales and represents the Astley Clarke brand
• Have deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Collaborate with the Head Office team by sharing customer feedback and insightful suggestions for enhancing the overall customer experience.
