Essential Functions • Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience and create a friendly and inviting customer-first environment • Monitor personal metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and exceed assigned sales and productivity goals • Commitment to company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals • Support Management with system processing and inventory control • Wear our Personalized Arch Supports and become a raving fan of the brand and the company mission and vision Job Type- Full-time •Average Pay- $43,000-$60,000 annually, based off an hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, plus tiered commission sales. Many of our Arch Support Specialists exceed this average and there is a NO CAP commission structure.
