POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales Associate (Hair Expert) at The Hair Shop, you will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building customer relationships.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Acts as a brand ambassador, creating a store atmosphere that promotes the company culture and brand loyalty.
• Provides a welcoming environment, understanding each customer’s unique needs.
• Becomes an expert in product knowledge, ensuring customers find the best product to suit their needs.
• Ensures customers are aware of current sales and promotions to drive sales.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Accurately completes transactions for customers in a quick and efficient manner.
• Partners with Store Management to improve personal KPI’s through sales driven techniques.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience
• Experience in beauty/hair a plus
• High School diploma or GED

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy and outgoing with the desire to achieve results.
• Solution oriented and a highly collaborative team player.
• Ability to perform the job safely & with respect for others, for property, & for individual safety.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $14.97 - $18.03 per hour
  Expected hours: No more than 29 per week
