Kenron Compounding Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Retail Associate to join our pharmacy team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service in our retail pharmacy while supporting medical supply sales and inventory management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• In-person role at our Calgary location – remote or international applicants will not be considered
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to commute to our location

• Greet and assist customers in the retail pharmacy
• Process sales through the POS system and manage cash handling
• Receive and reconcile McKesson invoices and inventory
• Assist with medical supply product sales, including fittings and customer guidance
• Maintain organized shelves, displays, and inventory
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries as needed
• Provide excellent, patient-focused service in all interactions
