Questions. * Provide awareness within the local community of what LA Fitness has to offer as well as the ability to create a sense of urgency in becoming a part of our member base. * Generate personal contacts, business contacts along with daily appointments to tour our facility from your marketing efforts. * Knowledge within community events ensuring club participation and are actively involved. * Exceptional external marketing and relationship building through our community outreach program. * Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth. * Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create a winning culture. * Possess excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills. * Must be enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly as well as passionate. * Previous sales experience required * To always act with integrity and confidence that what we offer is worth far more than what we ask for it.
