Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues. Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy. Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through various functions related to customer service, sales, and store operations. This includes modeling and coaching for optimal consumer engagement and resolving consumer concerns in alignment with company policies.
