Description

Successful candidates with retail and general aviation experience will be asked to offer our customers a wide range of aviation products. Responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service for in-store customers, receiving returns, and stocking store items. Duties and Responsibilities * Customer Service * Welcome customers by greeting them and offering sales assistance. * Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items based on the customer’s needs. * Help customers make selections by building customer confidence: offering suggestions and opinions. * Document sale by creating or updating customer order records and processing payments. * Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally. * Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations. * Processing Returns * Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and technical questions regarding products. * Stocking Storefront * Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations. * Cross trained to assist with shipping and receiving as needed. * Merchandising * Keep clientele informed by notifying them about future merchandise of potential interest. * Continually build product knowledge and stay informed on industry changes to better assist customers. * Assisting with Listing Management * Assist in updating listings to better and more accurately describe products. Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent required. * General Aviation Experience/Knowledge is strongly preferred. * Customer service experience. * Intuitive and teachable in product knowledge as well as fulfillment of orders. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working within a fast-paced environment. * Physical ability to lift and/or move bulky merchandise up to 50 pounds. * Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Responsibilities
