PLAYe offers fast and reliable delivery across Singapore and Malaysia, as well as customer service and support. PLAYe is the ultimate destination for gamers and collectors alike.
We are currently looking for retail staff for our AMK Hub & Vivocity branches.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills and can engage with diverse people
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skillsInterest in, and passion for the PLAYe product range
•

• Promote and up-sell products to customers, monitor stock levels in store and tag product prices accurately
• Communicate with customers regarding on-going promotions and offers
• Liaise with PLAYe online team on stock transfers, or items for customers to pick up in-store
• Use the in-store POS system to process payments, exchanges and returns
• Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Resolve any customer issues efficiently
• Handle pre-orders for goods and collect payment from customer accordinglyOther such duties that the Company may deem relevant may also be assigned
