• Excellent communication skills and can engage with diverse people
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skillsInterest in, and passion for the PLAYe product range (gaming products, video games, trading cards etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and up-sell products to customers, monitor stock levels in store and tag product prices accurately
• Communicate with customers regarding on-going promotions and offers
• Liaise with PLAYe online team on stock transfers, or items for customers to pick up in-store
• Use the in-store POS system to process payments, exchanges and returns
• Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Resolve any customer issues efficiently
• Handle pre-orders for goods and collect payment from customer accordinglyOther such duties that the Company may deem relevant may also be assigned
