We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales in a retail environment. Knowledge of music gear is required, the more the better. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their shopping needs, and ensuring an organized and inviting store atmosphere.

• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Engage in product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales.
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked.
• Manage inventory levels through effective stocking practices and assist with inventory counts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone.
