Description Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping guests discover skincare products that meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, confident in sales, and committed to building lasting relationships with customers through personalized product recommendations and education. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment. Consult with customers to understand their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective product knowledge and consultative selling. Build customer loyalty by developing genuine relationships and delivering personalized service. Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage. Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, restocking, and store presentation. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as needed. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives through ongoing training. Requirements Qualifications Required Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred At least one year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or clean-living products. Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (5–8 hours per shift). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and stock merchandise as needed.
