Description Leadership Received: Reports to Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Lead Key Holder Core Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features “Go the extra mile” to drive sales Maintain stock and appearance of the store Actively seek out and engage with customers in store Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Work as a team with other sales associates to ensure proper customer service Build trusting relationships with customers Qualifications: Proven working experience as retail sales associate Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Track record of over-achieving sales quota Solid communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focus High School degree Physical Demands – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities
