We are currently seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to support our retail sales and daily operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in natural health and supplementation, along with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education or working toward certification in a natural health field such as:
• Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP)
• Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN)
• Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
• Or equivalent experience and product knowledge
• A friendly, professional attitude with a desire to help others
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Offer accurate product information and supplement guidance
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and supplier education
  **Evening and weekend availability is required.
