JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment where your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while driving sales and promoting our products. We need availability for Monday and Friday please don’t apply if not available for these 2 workdays!

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
• Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• A passion for sales and helping customers find the right products for their needs.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
• Process transactions accurately through cashiering, ensuring proper cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Utilize basic math skills to handle cash and provide change efficiently.
• Manage time effectively to meet the demands of the store during peak hours.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette.
• Promote technology and technical sales by educating customers on product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
