Industry Workwear is a locally owned and operated Workwear and Safety store with two locations servicing the Valley and the Tri Cities. We are looking for a Weekend Part Time Sales Associate for our Mission location (13-21 hours per week)

• Provide expert guidance and assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to help them select the most suitable safety boots, workwear, and safety products.
• Willingness to learn about the products we carry.
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring that the right products are selected through our POS system
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate returns and exchanges, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Receiving orders, record and price new inventory.
