Our Portland location is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate with evening and closing availability who will promote sales by positively and proactively engaging with customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is available to support the business during peak evening hours and store closing operations. Responsibilities: Influence customer buying decisions by educating customers on products, offers, and promotions Maintain a customer-first selling environment Support evening operations, including store closing procedures and end-of-day responsibilities Perform arcade cleaning in accordance with company standards, including proper use of PPE and sanitation protocols Complete all closing duties, including cash handling, securing the store, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next business day Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible Adhere to all retail policies and procedures Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, and merchandise transfers Other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule; nights and weekend availability preferred. Sincere desire to work with a diverse customer, selling novelties and apparel. Ability to communicate with customers and employees. Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals. Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes. Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate. Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be eligible to work in the US.
