We are seeking a Cycle Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our bustling store. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and drive sales
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
• Utilise upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
• Maintain a tidy and organised store environment
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Answer customer queries in person, over the phone, or via email

• Keep abreast of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

  Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell products effectively

• Proficient in English
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Good time management and organisational abilities
