ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years experience in an office role, customer service and warehouse responsibilities essential
  • MUST HAVE experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to take full ownership of the role
  • System experience with CIN7 and Starshipit/freight booking platforms highly advantageous
  • A ‘people person’ with the ability to work successfully with customer & others in the organisation

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Leading brand in the fitness industry seeking a Sales Associate to support business with customer service and sales related duties, processing orders and booking freight, account management, inventory management and admin.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a very dynamic position that requires the ability to adapt and change from sales, to administration, to booking freight & delivering, to pick-packing, to unloading containers. Your day to day activities include, but are not limited to:

  • General day to day office requirements
  • Sales and answering email enquiries
  • Engage with regular clients and customers
  • Process orders through CRM and other platforms including booking freight, pick-packing and dispatch
  • Receipting goods, managing inventory & stocktake procedures
  • Ensure all inventory processes & procedures are carried out as part of site start up
  • Ensure inventory positioning is optimised to maximum availability for customer orders
  • Forklift Licence - preferred, if you don’t have one, you will need to get one
  • Additional work as required
