We are currently looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer service driven individual to join our team as a sales associate. Full-time availability is preferred for this position. At Red Wing Shoes, we offer very competitive wages that are based on performance and experience. Previous experience in customer service and retail is an asset but not required. Detailed training will be provided to the right candidate
Preference will be given to applicants that possess the following skills:
· Strong knowledge of basic computer skills, email and excel
· Possess the ability to converse with customers in order to promote the in-store experience
· Have a positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
· Be able to work independently and take direction
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Responsibilities and Duties include:
· Customer Service and Sales: Greet customers, identify their needs, provide assistance in suggesting suitable product and support sales in a professional manner; raise the customer experience level in the store.
· Support Duties and Responsibilities: Store and sales floor maintenance, and when required, assist with placing and pricing new merchandise on the sales floor. Generate sales and be active in retail sales. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
