OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively and engage customers.
• Organisational skills to maintain stock levels and store displays.
• Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
