QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (gas station experience an asset)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling cash, card payments, and POS systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Operate the cash register and process transactions (fuel, in-store products, lotto, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment (sweep, mop, wipe counters, clean washrooms, etc.)
• Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with products
• Monitor inventory and inform management of low stock or expired items
• Perform fuel pump checks and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food handling standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
