The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or experience in shooting sports, coupled with excellent communication and sales skills. Compensation: $16.00/hr plus sales commissions Schedule: Varied with store hours and events Responsibilities: Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Provide expert advice and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Requirements: Previous retail or sales experience preferred. Knowledge or interest in shooting sports is a strong asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
