We’re looking for a Retail Sales Expert for our Langley showroom—someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, consistently exceeds targets, and is energized by helping customers find their perfect sleep solution.

• Deliver a high-conversion, high-service customer experience through one-on-one consultations
• Meet and exceed monthly personal and store sales goals
• Stay informed on product knowledge including mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, and sleep accessories
• Work closely with the team to maintain an inviting and organized showroom
• Follow up with leads and clients post-visit to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
