Description

Description Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions to Thrift Store customers. Assists customers in the Thrift Store with questions related to merchandizing. Assists Retail Operations Manager with product selection to optimize sales. Supports Retail Operations Manager with accomplishing sales goals for store operations. Operates cash register, manages financial transactions, and balances drawer. Maintains an orderly appearance of the sales floor. Introduces promotions and opportunities to customers. Resolves common customer complaints. Stocks merchandize. Maintains and organizes stock and supplies. Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a team. Represents the organization with dignity, integrity, and a spirit of cooperation in all relationships with staff and the public. Requirements High School Diploma/GED; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Age minimum of 18 or 21 years of age per licensing standards
