  • Natural People Person: You genuinely enjoy engaging with others and building connections.
  • Open Availability: Are able to work majority weekends as well as weekdays.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can clearly explain complex concepts, give instructions, and manage conversations with both clients and colleagues. You provide clear instructions and feedback, and you can make quick decisions when needed.
  • Patience & Precision: You’re strict with yourself in terms of quality and time management, but you’re patient when guiding others, understanding that everyone learns at their own pace.
  • Time Management: You can handle multiple tasks and prioritize the most important ones to ensure smooth session flow and positive outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: You take pride in improving your craft and your ability to lead, always looking for ways to enhance your skills and the client experience.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using technology, whether it’s POS systems or managing digital tools in the studio.
  • Proactive and Self-Driven: You take initiative to solve problems and achieve the goals of the studio, whether that’s ensuring client satisfaction or improving internal processes.
  • Team-Oriented: You work well with others, collaborate effectively, and are always willing to pitch in where needed to achieve the goals of the studio.
