What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate, you will: Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Engage customers by asking thoughtful questions and offering personalized recommendations Share product knowledge and help guests discover new flavors and uses Prepare and serve teas for sampling and guest enjoyment Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inviting store environment Restock shelves and keep displays tidy and well-maintained Support daily small-business operations to keep the shop guest-ready Process transactions accurately and confidently at the register Above all, this is a sales-focused role centered on guest experience and connection. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role preferred Warm, friendly, and professional with a customer-first mindset Confident communicating and engaging one-on-one with guests Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and pride in their work Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Available for consistent weekend shifts and some weekday hours Hourly wage is based on experience; please share your desired rate of pay in the application.
