Description

We are looking for Young & presentable Counter Sales Representative who is responsible for assisting customers at the counter in a retail . This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring that customers have an efficient and positive shopping experience. The Counter Sales Representative also plays a key role in promoting products and services and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education).
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems and cash registers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the sales counter.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Keep the counter area clean, organized, and stocked with products.
  • Ensure that displays are well-organized and products are properly labeled.
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and achieve customer service goals.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling, product returns, and safety protocols.
  • Support special promotions and sales events as required.
