A day in the life of a Sales Associate:
· Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate will greet and welcome customers, explaining our daily promotions, telling them what’s new in product, explaining our loyalty programs and other specials. generate sales by identifying and meeting customer needs
· Delivers excellent customer service by listening and understanding their needs. Make recommendations based on that customer’s requirements and budget.
· Maintain a strong understanding about our product lines, features and technical specs to answer specific customer questions. At VSS we offer employees the opportunity to use our new products for demonstration, so you are very familiar with our vape devices.
· Maintains store displays and merchandise.
· Executes various store opening and closing tasks
· Complies with all health and safety standards and procedures, as well as with the establishment’s rules and regulations
· Assist with unpacking shipments, creating sales labels for products
