We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our (small but dynamic) team!
Water Depot is Ontario’s leading retail provider of Water Treatment Equipment and Purified Drinking Water!
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and learn all about the world of Water. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
• Ability to lift upto 40lbs required.
• Ability to work alone in store setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.

  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Work Location: In perso

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Position is a key holder and responsible for open / close procedures, daily cleaning and ability to work alone.
• Shifts time vary and include rotating Saturday work.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase store revenue.
• Maintain organized displays and inventory levels while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills by prioritizing tasks during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers, utilizing phone etiquette when necessary.
