POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Store Associate to join our team at Wildflower Mercantile www.wildflowermercantile.ca. This role is integral in providing our customers with a welcoming and helpful shopping experience, both in-store and through our online platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who shares our passion for unique products, flowers, and quality kids toys and enjoys connecting with people.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passionate about customer service with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, aligning with our brand’s values and visual standards.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-store and via online or phone inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive checkout experience.
• Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including merchandise displays and overall cleanliness.
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves and performing regular inventory checks.
• Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
• Provide insights and feedback on customer needs and trends to help shape future product selections.
• Keep flower fridge looking fresh and presentable, help customers with flowers.
