JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plus Communications Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wireless Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right wireless products and services to meet their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, with a strong preference for experience at Virgin Plus Mobile or Bell Mobile.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of wireless products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.

• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their wireless needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology and industry trends.
