JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Person to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with good customer service skills, a polite telephone manner and a positive outlook towards customer satisfaction, With our local and national sales of Barbecues, garden buildings, garden furniture, outdoor products including many leading brands related to the garden and leisure industry, we are seeking a person who is confident with in store and online sales, including customer care, shop display, goods handling and dispatch . The work includes a proportion of weekends and bank holidays. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
