JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to close sales efficiently. This role involves generating leads, following up on prospects, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a sales role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
• Matric/High school diploma or equivalent ( NQF Level 4 )

• Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities
• Contact potential customers in person
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed
