POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Retail Spa Consultant enjoys a dynamic and high-energy environment. Responsibility to provide an outstanding customer experience in the retail location by assisting new and existing customers with their unique needs and providing suitable products. The goal of the Spa Consultant is to create an outstanding buying experience for the customer and a positive team environment. As a member of a store team, they will strive toward helping the store achieve its financial and customer service goals

AT LEAST 2 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN “POOL & SPA INDUSTRY” OR ANOTHER LEISURE PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENT WITH ACTIVE SALES INVOLVED

• Professional, energetic and positive attitude is a must
• Excellent verbal/interpersonal communications skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 Years’ experience in “Spa or Pool or Leisure goods” or another environment with Active sales involved.
• A professional, energetic and positive attitude is a must.
• Ability to analyse results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and take responsibility
• Excellent verbal/interpersonal communications skills
• Flexible scheduling availability; reliable transportation.
• Completed High school diploma/GED.
