Operating from our purpose-built headquarters in Tewkesbury, we deliver bespoke solutions to homeowners seeking premium windows and doors.
About the Role
This is a client-facing role where your focus will be to inspire, consult, and sell tailored home improvement solutions. You’ll be responsible for leading customers through the design journey—from initial consultation to product selection and pricing—ensuring their vision is realised with style and practicality.
You’ll be based from our Newport HQ, with customer visits in the local area. The role is suited to those with a passion for design, home renovation, and customer care.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
  • Provide knowledgeable information about products and services.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.

  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct in-home or showroom consultations across the Island.
  • Guide customers through the design and selection of windows and doors
