REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Flexibility to work weekday and weekends.

• Competence in managing administrative tasks and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly sales targets by selling Vodafone products and services.
• Handle all administrative tasks associated with sales, including customer contracts, insurance, repair requests, stock monitoring, and payments.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Vodafone’s products, price plans, promotions, and services.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
