• To support the company in leading and managing an efficient sales team
• Participate in management and recruitment.
• Support the General Managers in managing all aspects of site operations, addressing and maintaining standards
• Drive and monitor customer satisfaction, transactions and throughput.

• Extensive experience in a high volume retail environment
• Experience of working in sales

• Ability to support and drive change with effective project management skills
