Responsibilities

The salesperson is responsible for setting and achieving sales goals for both in-store and digital selling, while cultivating lasting customer relationships through excellent service and style consultation. Duties also include operational tasks such as merchandising, stocking, processing markdowns, and promoting the Nordstrom Rewards program.
