Al Saad Home are currently hiring two enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our dynamic teams at the following locations:

  • Nad Al Hamar Branch – Female Arabic-speaking candidates only
  • Al Quoz Branch – English-speaking candidates of any nationality

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Executive plays a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by warmly welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products and solutions. This position is responsible for executing sales transactions, maintaining attractive and organized product displays, ensuring store cleanliness, and monitoring stock levels to meet company standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to customer service and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of retail sales experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English skills preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Familiarity with technical tools, including computers, Microsoft Office, and email.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and ensure a comfortable, enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Present product details professionally, including material, size, color, country of origin, and promotions.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive display to aid customer decision-making.
  • Utilize sales skills to close sales efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the cashier or complete sales according to company procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and storage area daily.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of shortages for replenishment.
  • Operate the cash register when required for efficient service.
  • Achieve personal sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
  • Report customer or employee issues to the manager if unresolved.
  • Update product information, including prices and promotions, on shelves.
  • Participate in periodic stock inventory, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures (attendance, leave, etc.).
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by showroom management.
