In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and driving sales within our retail environment. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and create rapport with customers will be key in promoting our products and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide a great shopping experience. Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchase decisions. Meet and strive to exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus. 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others. Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
