Job Description ● Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. ● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. ● Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized. ● Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. ● Handle billing and payment processes when required. ● Manage customer queries and resolve complaints effectively. ● Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager about shortages. ● Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions. Qualifications ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Basic sales and negotiation skills. ● Customer service orientation. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. ● Basic knowledge of billing systems or POS (preferred but not mandatory).
