• Welcome customers and understand their needs
• Present and explain smartphones, gadgets, and accessories
• Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Provide product demos and after-sales support
• Maintain store displays, stock levels, and cleanliness
• Process billing and handle POS transactions accurately
• Support promotional events and new product launches
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
