What You'll Be Doing?

• Lead Commercial ExcellenceLead by example and represent the brand by bringing its values and philosophy to life through every interaction with customers and team members.
• Define, execute and monitor store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales growth.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships, enhance customer loyalty and create future selling opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, products and competitor activities, and share relevant insights with back-office teams.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with the team and line manager to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.

• Inspire & Develop PeopleProvide a clear vision and direction to the team by aligning them with the store’s objectives, business priorities and brand values.
• Identify, recruit, develop and retain talented team members who contribute to the success of the store.
• Create a positive and inclusive work environment built on trust, respect and fairness, while ensuring employee feedback, challenges and concerns are effectively communicated with leadership and HR teams when needed.
• Act as a coach and role model for team members by encouraging a growth mindset and leveraging the Group’s available learning tools and development platforms.
• Support continuous learning and professional growth by monitoring individual development plans and providing regular feedback.
• Ensure performance improvement plans are managed transparently, with clear expectations, agreed actions and documented progress.

• Deliver a Signature Customer ExperienceApply clienteling techniques with a strong focus on VIP customers by leveraging customer insights and data to understand their needs, preferences and expectations.
• Build strong customer relationships by creating personalized experiences and connecting customers with relevant products, services, campaigns and brand activities.
• Support the integration of store and e-commerce experiences by promoting digital opportunities, activations and available offerings.
• Identify and develop new customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and converting new clients into loyal brand advocates.
• Maintain regular communication and engagement with customers to strengthen loyalty and drive future business opportunities.

• Drive Operational ExcellenceEnsure all sales and operational policies, procedures and standards are consistently followed and maintained within the store.
• Leverage available digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience both inside and outside the store, ensuring the team is confident and well-trained in their usage.
• Maintain brand standards across all operational processes, including shipment receiving, stock replenishment, product availability and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure effective floor coverage by analyzing historical customer traffic data and anticipating peak periods.
• Monitor store consumable materials and ensure availability according to operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of testers, uniforms and other store materials in line with brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, security, retail operations and HR requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to continuously improve store processes and promptly escalate operational challenges or concerns requiring action.

Your ProfileWe are looking for a retail leader who has:✓ Minimum 3 years of store leadership experience in women’s fashion retail.✓ Strong understanding of UAE retail dynamics and customer expectations.✓ Proven ability to lead teams and deliver commercial results.✓ Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.✓ Passion for fashion, luxury service and customer experience.✓ Fluent English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
