JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES/ JOB SUMMARY

• Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product
• Handle customer queries and complains efficiently
• Provide superlative customer service and enhance repeat sales/ customer loyalty
• Achieve category wise sales target
• Manage stock in the store and support stock replenishment
• Maintain safety of Jewelry displayed
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities assigned

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE/ PROFILE

• 2 years retail sales experience
• Good communication skills and immaculate grooming
• Strong selling skills and customer oriented
• High School - graduates preferred
  Job Type: Casual
  Pay: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 38 per week

Experience:

• Jewellery sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
